AiFindYou scans public website signals and turns them into a diagnosis and optional Fix Kit. This page explains our terms, privacy approach, data use, refund policy, report limitations and security practices.

AiFindYou is an AI visibility diagnostic and Fix Kit product for OPC-style businesses, founder-led small teams and local service providers.

Before public commercial launch in Germany or the EU, replace this interim operator wording with the final legal operator name, registration/tax details where applicable, and the responsible person for editorial content. Do not enable paid checkout until final Impressum details are complete.

Terms of Service

By using AiFindYou, you agree to use it as a diagnostic tool for websites you own, manage, or have permission to test.

Permitted use

You may scan public webpages and use the generated diagnosis, report exports and Fix Kit assets for website improvement, internal review or agency-client discussion.
You must not use the tool to overload, attack, scrape private systems, bypass access controls, or test websites without authorization.
You are responsible for reviewing any generated schema, llms.txt, metadata, FAQ copy, code, agent instruction or implementation prompt before publishing it to your website.

No professional advice

AiFindYou provides technical and content-readiness diagnostics plus generated implementation materials. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, advertising or SEO guarantee advice.

Privacy Policy

We aim to collect the minimum information needed to provide the scan, report exports, Fix Kit assets and support experience.

Information we may process

The website URL you submit and publicly available content from pages we scan.
Basic technical metadata needed to run and secure the service, such as request time, error logs and abuse-prevention signals.
Contact information you send to us directly, such as your email address and support message.
During V1 early access, no payment card details are collected by AiFindYou. If paid checkout is enabled later, payment information should be handled by a third-party checkout provider and we should not receive your full card details.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request deletion where applicable, or ask privacy questions. Some operational logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Data use

AiFindYou scans public webpages. It does not require your site login, does not ask for passwords, and should not be used to submit private or sensitive customer data.

Only submit URLs you are comfortable having analyzed as public website material. If a page is private, confidential or behind authentication, do not scan it.

AI and automation

Reports may be generated using automated rules, heuristics and AI-assisted text generation. Human review is recommended before acting on any recommendation or code output.

Refund Policy

During V1 early access, the Fix Kit unlocks for free, so no payment refund process applies. If one-time paid access is enabled later, refund timing and processor details will be shown before purchase and handled according to the checkout provider's flow and applicable law.

If a generated Fix Kit cannot be delivered due to a service error, contact us and we will help resolve it.
If paid checkout is enabled later, refunds may not apply after a personalized Fix Kit was generated and downloaded, unless required by law or the checkout provider's policy.
Because the Fix Kit is generated from a specific scan, a new scan may require a separate unlock unless a future account or subscription plan says otherwise.

Report Disclaimer

AiFindYou measures publicly detectable AI visibility signals. Scores are diagnostic indicators, not guarantees.

We do not promise that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek or any other AI system will rank, cite, recommend or mention your business.

AI platforms use changing systems, private ranking logic, personalization, geography, retrieval sources and model updates. A higher score means your website appears more technically and content-ready for AI understanding and citation, not that any platform must recommend you.

Security

We design the service to avoid unnecessary sensitive data. The product should scan public pages only and should not require credentials.

Use HTTPS for the public website and checkout flow.
Do not send passwords, private documents, customer records or payment card details by email.
Report suspected security issues to [email protected].

Cookies and tracking

The current V1 site uses necessary browser storage for language preference, report state, checkout continuity and this cookie notice. This helps users keep a generated report after navigation or payment return.

No advertising cookies are used in this V1 build. If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media tracking or checkout tracking are added later, this section and the consent controls must be updated before launch.
